The beautiful beach is only steps away with lifeguards on duty during the day from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Outdoors you’ll enjoy washing-off from the beach in the outdoors shower. The fenced in back yard provides privacy for your picnics or barbeques on the patio. The 2nd floor deck with water views is a great place to relax, sun bathe, read a book, or unwind (with an adult beverage of your choice).


Our "LBI Room" offers a place to go when you need a break from the sun. It can also act as an overflow dining area. Email us and ask about it.

Don’t forget your bikes, and surf/body boards. There is plenty of room in the garage to store them, as well as your bike/luggage racks.

For the comfort, and safety of our guests, pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the house is also not permitted.
