Exceptionally clean and well appointed 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome on 68th street in Sea Isle City. Perfect layout for 2 families sharing a vacation. Two bedrooms and a full bath on first floor. Living, Dining, Kitchen and powder room on middle floor and two bedrooms and full bath on top floor. Beautiful bamboo flooring throughout the main level. Granite counter tops and glass block backsplach compete the gourmet kitchen. Master bedroom on top floor has beautiful bay views.

The garage has been converted to a game room for kids of all ages to burn off energy or provide entertainment on a rainy day. Air hockey, shoot-out basketball game along with a TV and refrigerator make this a fun place to be.

This home is personally checked and refreshed between each tenant by the owner to ensure it meets your highest standards. All of our tenants leave extremely happy with the accommodations we provide. Many of our tenants return year after year.

The living room features a 47 inch high definition TV and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have TVs. Play station 2 and a Wii game console with games are also provided. Outdoor shower. Wall mounted hair dryers in both main baths.

Located at 142 68th street this house is two short blocks to the beach and walking distance to Acme supermarket, CVS, Rick's breakfast house, Uncle Oogie's and Sand's department store, as well as, the new play-by-the-bay playground.
