The town features a 2.3 mile boardwalk spanning the entire length of the town which fronts the ocean for beautiful ocean views during morning walks.
In Lavallette, you enjoy ready access to the ocean beach and the Barnegat Bay shoreline from here and there are also plenty of places to eat and shop in town. Seaside Heights, Point Pleasant, and Toms River are but a short drive away yet they are far enough away that you feel far removed from these busier shore areas while you are in Lavallette.
The house is on the Ocean Block of Trenton Ave in Lavallette NJ. It is 4 houses (approx 30 yards) from the beach and ocean. Its the upstairs unit of a large duplex and it sleeps 6 comfortably. Private yard, private deck, Stainless Steel gas BBQ grill. Central Air Throughout! Great Ocean Views. Exclusive Outside Shower as well. THE ENTIRE APT HAS BEEN NEWLY RENOVATED.
