BBQ Grill and back fiberglass deck for entertainment.
This is a non-smoking property.

Payment: A deposit is due within 3 days after reservation is confirmed. Final payment is due 15 days prior to check in. We rent to families, married couples or responsible adults over the age of 25. Guest shall not sell or assign this agreement or sublet the property or any part; at all time during the lodging period person listed as Guest shall be present in and use the lodging as his or her residence. PAYMENT IN FULL MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO CHECK IN.

Telephone: Telephone service is NOT available.

Cleaning: Cleaning teams must occupy the unit sharply at 11 a. m. to properly prepare the property for the next tenant. Please cooperate by leaving promptly.

Television/DVD: Provided as a courtesy of the owner. In the event of failure, repairs may not be possible. Owner assumes no responsibility if televisions and/or DVD players are not in working order.

Property Contents: Property has bedspreads, pillows, dishes, flatware, cooking equipment and a toaster. BRING your own linens, light blankets, towels, extra pillows, personal toiletries, and cleaning and laundry supplies. BRING any special items that you find necessary for your comfort and convenience.

Infants & Small Children: If your child needs special equipment, such as high chairs, strollers, cribs, etc., BRING THEM WITH YOU.

No Pets.

Trash: Recycling is mandatory. Trash pickup is on Tuesday and Friday. A charge of $50 may be assessed from your security deposit for failure to properly dispose of trash.

Charcoal Grill: fires are not allowed on balconies or decks of multiple-unit buildings. FIRE ORDINANCE.

Loud Music, Noises or Parties: These are a violation of the local police ordinances, and a violation of your lease.

Property Condition: Please make every effort to leave the property in the same condition as when you check in. Please clean all surfaces (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) and vacuum all living spaces (living rooms, bedrooms, etc.).

Printing Errors: Great care has gone into the preparation of this website; however, some printing errors may occur. Owner will not be responsible for these errors.
