One bedroom has a queen & twin plus a large closet & chest of drawers, the 2nd bedroom has a twin & trundle (can be used as 1 or 2 twins or a queen), a closet & drawers. The bathroom is newly tiled & has a tub & shower. The new, full kitchen has new cabinets & is eat-in kitchen (4) & includes microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dinnerware, silverware, pots & pans, etc. The living room has leather couches & Big Screen, Cable TV (over 200 channels), DVD, Wireless Internet, & lovely views of the nearby marina & sunsets. Central A/C throughout. There is an enclosed porch with a small bistro table & 2 chairs plus views & can be used to put your beach stuff. There is a large backyard with a grill, outdoor table & cushioned chairs & even a great hammock!
