The unit has two bed rooms with a queen in one and two singles in the other. It contains three tv's with a dvd and game connection in the living room all connected to cable with basic service. It has telephones in each room with local service provided with calling card long distance capable.
Each room contains it's own air conditioner
The unit is on the first floor and located approximately two hundred feet from the bay previous tenants have launched kayaks. We are one block from the end of the island were you can ride your horses or watch birds from the two story observatory or ride your 4wheel drive vehicle on the beach or fish or sunbath. So much two choose from. There are two restaurants , one across the street and one down the block across from the beach where you can put name in and be paged while watching the ocean . The casinos are five minutes away by car or you can take a cab from our front door.
