The room will include a bar with seating for 6, side hi-top bar tables, fridge, surround sound and flat screen TV. This will be the perfect ground floor spot to rinse off the sand, enjoy a cold beverage and watch the afternoon Phillies game.

Pictures also coming of newly added furniture, upgrades and all fresh paint throughout the rest of the house.

Only blocks to the center of town for shopping and dining. Less than a minute walk to the beach (6 houses) for those with children. Sleeps 12 with a pull out sofa to sleep 14 guests.

The first floor is equipped with 2 bedrooms and a full bath.


The second floor has a living room, dining room and kitchen with brand new granite countertops. The living room, dining room and kitchen all within watching distance of a 37" TV as well as stereo system. Also on the second floor is a walk out deck & gas grill with Ocean Views that is convenient to the kitchen and living area. This makes the deck a perfect area for early evening gathering and a family BBQ.
Counter and dining room seating for 10 will have the family together for dinner. Total dining capabilities of 14+.
Also on the second floor is a washer/dryer, full bathroom and additional bedroom.


There are also 2 decks off of the back of the house with Ocean Views.

The third floor has 2 bedrooms with new bedding. Other amenities include, microwave, blender, coffee maker, garbage disposal, wireless internet, gas fireplace and beach tags for 6.

This house is great for summer vacations, reunions, weekend getaways and relaxation. Perfectly located in Sea Isle and ready for your family.
