It features three comfortable bedrooms (one queen, four twin beds), one recently renovated high-end bathroom (2007), designer-renovated kitchen with gas stove, full fridge, dishwasher, double sink and breakfast bar (2005), spacious open dining/living room, 37” TV, central air conditioning (or delicious ocean breezes at no extra charge), outstanding large native-species garden with patio and herb garden, picnic table, gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower, washing machine and gas dryer. Parking area accommodates 4 - 6 cars. Private Association beach is just three doors away. Electric, gas, water, cable TV and local phone service, some beach chairs, umbrellas and other accessories are included.
House and neighborhood ideal for families or people looking to enjoy a QUIET vacation at the Jersey Shore. Sleeps six plus two on a comfortable sofa bed if needed. Excellent area - most homes are owner occupied. Excellent restaurants and shops within a few minutes walking distance. Ocean practically at your doorstep, Barnegat Bay three minutes walk. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks and amusement parks, kayak and bicycle rental, Island Beach State Park and other services, facilities and activities are just a short drive. Great Adventure is about 30 miles away (RT 195).

Weekly rental: $2000. Standard seasonal lease to apply.
Rentals are from Saturday 2PM until following Saturday 11AM. Renters must supply their own towels, sheets and personal products such as soaps, shampoos, etc. Renters are required to purchase weekly Beach Badges from the Community Association (buy them directly from the lifeguards). Rental increments of two weeks are preferred to single weeks.
