October weeks - $100 per night with a 3 night minimum stay or $600 per week
Winter & yearly rentals welcomed
A security deposit on all weeks is $250 which is mailed upon agreement to reserve the unit. Full rental amount is due 1 month prior to stay. Security deposit is refunded within 2 weeks after stay (and no damages are found). Cash, check or money order accepted.
Owner's Terms:
Non smoking, no pets unit
Primary renters are minimum 25 years of age
Renter supplies towels, linen, toiletries
Renters leave unit as they found it or pay $75 cleaning fee
