includes 1 Queen Bed, 2 Full Futons each with Premium mattress, 1
Single & Double Bunk, 3 Flatscreen televisions, 1 DVD, Dishwasher,
Microwave, Full-size Refrigerator, Full-size Range & Oven, Toaster
and Coffee Maker

Unit rental includes utilities, phone service, air-conditioning,
private balcony with seating affording direct views of the Boardwalk
and Ocean.

Common facility amenities include heated swimming pool, jacuzzi,
Sundeck
with Chaises and outside shower.



Activities and Attractions
Ocean City, New Jersey is a world famous seashore community located
in the heart of the Jersey Shore. At the northern tip of Cape May
County, it is perfectly situated for a vacation; just 20 minutes
from Atlantic City, 70 minutes from Philadelphia, and two hours from
New York City.

Ocean City is a great place to live, shop and vacation! Ocean City
High School is one of the best in South Jersey and the diversity of
special events, recreational programs, concerts and family
festivities is second to none. An Arts Center, Historical Museum and
the resort's famed Music Pier, home of the Ocean City Pops and
concerts by leading entertainers, provide a cultural appeal.

You'll find a quaint, colorful downtown full of unique specialty
stores. An Aquatic & Fitness Center, municipal golf course, and a
huge array of parks, bike paths and a wildlife refuge provide
recreation for everyone.

Our two & a half mile boardwalk is the central focus of Ocean City's
attractions. It is lined with shops and restaurants of every kind,
movie theatres, amusement rides, miniature golf courses, and a water
park like no other!
