Fully equipped new eat in kitchen w/ M/W and D/W. A washer and dryer are located in the hallway.

Beautiful, enclosed and private paver patio area with all new 4 adirondack chairs, huge 64" table with 4 benches and umbrella with outdoor shower and gas grill.

4 beach badges and 2 bicycles are provided for your use.

Park your car and walk to everything. 3 blocks to beach, 2 blocks to bay, 2 blocks to Bay Village and Fantasy Island. Walk to market, dining, live theatre and all Beach Haven has to offer. This is not your typical rental.

We do not accept pets.
Bed linens and towels are not provided.
